Description:
The Certied Logistics Course is meticulously designed to provide students with both theoretical
foundations and practical expertise essential for thriving in logistics and supply chain
management. This dual-format program combines:
- Theoretical module – Online learning on the e-learning platform (169 lessons).
- Practical module – Internship in Polish logistics companies (576 hours).
- Final exam – Verication of acquired knowledge and skills.
Program:
A. Theoretical Module
1. Supply Chain Management (48 hours)
- Introduction to key supply chain management concepts: planning, resource management,
transportation, and distribution.
2. Warehouse Logistics (45 hours)
- Basics of warehouse organization, space management, use of WMS (Warehouse Management
System).
3. Transport and Freight Forwarding (48 hours)
- Fundamental principles of transport and freight forwarding operations, route planning,
cooperation with carriers, customs regulations.
4. Inventory Management and Demand Forecasting (42 hours)
- Demand forecasting methods, inventory management, cost minimization in warehousing.
5. IT Systems in Logistics (45 hours)
- Practical classes on using ERP systems and advanced IT tools supporting logistics.
6. Sustainable and Reverse Logistics (45 hours)
- Eco-friendly logistics approaches: waste minimization, reverse logistics, end-of-life product
management.
7. Polish Language Course (144 hours)
- Intensive Polish language course with a focus on professional vocabulary.
8. English Language Course (144 hours)
- Learning English with an emphasis on logistics and supply chain management terminology.
B. Practical Module – Internship (570 hours)
The internship begins 2 months after the course starts, allowing students to acquire basic
theoretical knowledge rst.
Main areas of practice:
1. Supply Chain Management (120 hours)
- Monitoring goods and services ow, inventory control, supplier collaboration, procurement
optimization.
2. Warehouse Management and Inventory Control (100 hours)
- Warehouse operations, inventory control, WMS implementation, goods reception and
dispatch.
3. Transport and Freight Forwarding (100 hours)
- Route planning, cooperation with carriers, transport cost analysis, customs document
preparation.
4. Reverse and Sustainable Logistics (80 hours)
- Organizing return processes, waste minimization, end-of-life product management,
implementing ecological strategies.
5. ERP Systems in Logistics (70 hours)
- Implementing ERP systems, logistics data analysis, managing information ow and process
integration.
6. Logistics Project Management (100 hours)
- Planning and coordinating logistics projects, team management, risk analysis, and scheduling.
Internship Organization:
Location:
- Logistics companies, warehouse centers, transport rms, logistics departments in
manufacturing and trading enterprises, public institutions.
Internship supervisor:
- Each participant is assigned a mentor who oversees the internship progress and assists in
solving problems.
Progress monitoring:
- Participants maintain an internship journal documenting completed tasks, acquired skills, and
key takeaways.
Final report:
- At the end of the internship, participants prepare a report summarizing their acquired
knowledge, skills, and recommendations for further career development.

- Register via e-rekrutacja or visit the Recruitment Office.
- Pay the registration fee.
- Pay tuition for the year/semester of study.
- Deliver the required documents to the University in person, by mail or email.
- You will learn about your admission after the admissions committee through the e-recruitment system.
- Admission information will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
- Registration in E-rekrutacja
- Photocopy of high school diploma or other document confirming secondary education.
- 2 photos of 3,5×4.5 mm format
- Proof of payment of the enrollment fee
- For studies in English, an IELTS certificate at level 5.5 or a university language exam is required.
In person to the Recruitment Office
- Submit photocopies of documents with originals for inspection.
- The originals will be certified as a true copy.
