Recruitment in Brief:

  1. Register online.
  2. Pay the application fee (account number below).
  3. Submit the required documents in person, via traditional mail (Marszałkowska 115, 00-102 Warsaw), or by email: rekrutacja@pedagogium.pl.

You will receive admission confirmation through the e-recruitment system and via email.

 

Required Application Documents for Foreigners:

Please provide copies and originals for inspection:

  • Application Form (available for download via the online application system: Candidate Account)
  • Recent photograph (3.5x4.5 cm for student ID)
  • Document confirming previous education:
    • High school diploma (for bachelor’s studies)
    • Bachelor’s diploma (for master’s studies)
  • Sworn translation of the document confirming previous education into Polish.
  • Apostille of documents confirming previous education (not required for candidates from Ukraine and Belarus).
  • Legalization of a High School Diploma
  • Language proficiency certificate:
    • Polish: B1 level (https://www.gov.pl/web/nauka/lista-podmiotow-uprawnionych-do-organizowania-egzaminow-z-jezyka-polskiego-jako-obcego)
    • English: B2 level (Recognized external language certificates:TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE)
    • Alternatively, a language exam at the University.
  • Proof of application fee payment.
  • Proof of tuition fee payment.
  • Passport with a valid visa or residence permit.

 

Application Submission Methods:

  1. In person at the Admissions Office:
    Submit copies of documents along with the originals for verification. Originals will be certified as true copies.
  2. By email:
    Send scanned copies of documents, and originals will need to be verified upon arrival.
