1How long does the accreditation process take?

The duration depends on the type of course and the completeness of the documentation. Typically, the entire process takes between 2 to 6 weeks from the moment the full set of materials is submitted.

2Can an original course that hasn't been previously delivered be accredited?

Yes, it is possible to accredit new, original programs. In such cases, we work together to refine the course structure to meet academic and formal requirements.

3Does accreditation involve any fees?

Yes, the accreditation process is paid. The cost depends on the type, duration, and complexity of the program. Pricing is determined individually after reviewing the materials.

4Can a recurring course (e.g. offered every semester) be accredited?

Absolutely. Accreditation can apply to both one-time and recurring courses. For recurring programs, a single accreditation process is sufficient.

5What happens if the course content changes after accreditation?

In the case of significant changes, they must be reported to the university. Minor updates (e.g. changes in reading materials) do not require new accreditation, but structural or programmatic changes should be reviewed and approved.

6Can the institution use the Pedagogium logo in its promotional materials?

Yes, after obtaining accreditation, the institution may use the university’s logo to promote jointly accredited courses — in accordance with the terms set out in the cooperation agreement.

7What does quality control look like after accreditation is granted?

The university may carry out periodic reviews of documentation, course content, and teaching methods to ensure ongoing compliance with academic standards.
